The procedure, offered by Omniere, uses a device called the Dermashine Pro to deliver over 1,000 microinjections into the face within five minutes.
The treatment targets a complexion trend that originated in South Korea in 2018, characterized by clear, luminous, and hydrated skin resembling translucent glass. The technique aims to stimulate collagen production, improve elasticity, and restore moisture—key elements underlying the appearance of youthful, glowing skin.
Dr Vincent Wong, the clinic’s founder and aesthetic physician, explained that the robotic device allows for precise control of injection depth and distribution, overcoming the limitations of manual methods. It delivers a cocktail of active ingredients underneath the skin’s surface, including biomimetic peptides, hyaluronic acid, amino acids, and vitamins. The specific formula used in the procedure—Meso-Wharton P199—is designed to promote skin regeneration and hydration.
The non-surgical mesotherapy treatment works by placing these compounds directly into the dermis, where topical creams often cannot penetrate sufficiently to affect collagen, elastin, and hydration levels. According to Dr Wong, the robotic technology can reduce treatment time by approximately 80 percent compared to traditional manual injections, making the experience faster and more comfortable for patients.
One recipient of the facial, a 47-year-old woman, reported noticeable changes following the procedure. She described initial redness and visible microdots on her skin immediately after treatment, which subsided within hours. Within a day, her skin appeared more hydrated and luminous, with gradual improvements observed over the following month. The client noted smoother forehead lines, reduced creases around the eyes, diminished pigmentation spots, and a significant reduction in the appearance of open pores.
The treatment’s effects reportedly last around two to three months, with recommended maintenance sessions every four to six months at a cost of approximately £249 per session. Patients seeking sustained results would therefore invest roughly £2.70 daily for the upkeep of the enhanced skin condition.
