Abdullah Al-Salem University concluded its orientation sessions for new students on September 16, marking the end of a four-day program held from September 13 to 16 on the university campus. The sessions were designed to welcome and prepare first-year students from the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, College of Engineering and Energy, College of Systems and Computer Engineering, and College of Business and Entrepreneurship for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The orientation aimed to introduce students to the university’s academic environment, providing them with essential information about the academic system, available student services, and extracurricular opportunities. It sought to ease students’ transition into university life and support their integration within the campus community.

Throughout the program, the Deanship of Student Affairs presented various student services, activities, and advisory support mechanisms aimed at enhancing the academic and personal development of the students. Additionally, the university’s Digitalization Department provided an overview of the digital platforms and systems used to manage academic progress, ensuring that students are equipped to navigate the university’s technological resources effectively.

Students were also briefed by the Support Operations Department on key services, including the issuance of university identification cards, transportation options, access to medical clinics, and food services available on campus.
