Adam Driver has secured a buyer for his Brooklyn Heights loft-style condominium less than two weeks after it was listed. The apartment, located in a former candy factory dating back to the 1890s, was initially listed at $4.99 million in late June by Carl Gambino of Compass. The exact sale price and the buyer’s identity have not been disclosed. The 2,700-square-foot residence features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a study, soaring ceilings, and exposed wood beams and columns.

While selling this property, Driver reportedly invested $11.5 million to acquire three units on the same floor of the Standish, a condominium converted from an early 20th-century hotel nearby. The sellers were Mark and Lindsay Van Zandt. The Standish building counts among its residents several actors including Matt Damon, John Krasinski, and Emily Blunt. Driver continues to work on the upcoming film “Paper Tiger.”

In Los Angeles, Helen Mirren and her husband, director Taylor Hackford, have relisted their Hollywood Hills estate for $12.995 million. The gated Spanish-style compound occupies nearly 6.5 acres and was built around 1910. The property, which has been intermittently on the market both for sale and rent since 2019, was originally listed at $18.5 million or $45,000 per month as a rental. Mirren and Hackford purchased the home in the mid-1980s and undertook several renovations over the years.

The estate includes a 6,700-square-foot main house featuring a wood-paneled library and bar, a 3,100-square-foot guest house, and a 500-square-foot apartment above the four-car garage. Combined, the living spaces offer seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and two powder rooms. Multiple terraces and landscaped outdoor areas provide panoramic views of the Los Angeles skyline, as well as a swimming pool. Separately, the estate of Michael Lang, co-creator of the Woodstock music festival, sold his longtime Mount Tremper, New York, property for $2.67 million, exceeding the initial asking price of $2.43 million. Located approximately 50 miles from Bethel, where the original Woodstock took place nearly six decades ago, the 17-acre property includes a main house with three en suite bedrooms and a glass conservatory, a two-bedroom guesthouse, a stone cottage with three additional bedrooms, a greenhouse, and a three-car garage. Lang had owned the estate for 45 years before his death in early 2022 at age 77. Nancy Felcetto of Brown Harris Stevens handled the listing.

In Los Angeles’ Silver Lake neighborhood, filmmaker David Ayer has listed his home for $2.995 million. The gated property centers around a remodeled 1928 Spanish-style house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two fireplaces, and a large covered porch. The two-story residence retains features such as exposed wood beams and hardwood and tiled floors. There is also a guest studio with a full bathroom and kitchen, a covered porch, and a garage. Ayer’s credits include “The Suicide Squad” and “The Fast and the Furious,” with his latest film, “Heart of the Beast,” scheduled for release in late September. Juliette Hohnen of Douglas Elliman and Erica DeBear of Real Brokerage are the listing agents.

Meanwhile, Tyler Herro, who was recently traded to the Milwaukee Bucks, has put his South Florida estate on the market for just under $12 million. Herro, a shooting guard who played for seven seasons with the Miami Heat before joining his hometown Bucks, purchased the nearly 9,000-square-foot contemporary mansion in 2022 for $10.5 million. The Pinecrest property, situated on roughly an acre about 10 miles from downtown Miami, contains eight bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, and a home theater. Outdoor amenities include a pool and summer kitchen. The listing agent is Lourdes Alitriste of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
