Shaikh Ahmed bin Musallam al Kathiri, Governor of Al Wusta, has signed agreements to initiate several development projects in the wilayats of Haima and Mahout. These efforts are part of a broader strategy to improve infrastructure and public services within the governorate. The total investment for these projects amounts to 1,530,168 Omani Rials.
The signed agreements encompass the rehabilitation of internal roads and the construction of a pedestrian walkway in Haima, as well as the development and beautification of the Al Jouba roundabout in Mahout. These initiatives aim to enhance transportation safety, accessibility, and the overall aesthetic environment in the respective regions.
These projects align with Al Wusta’s ongoing development plans, which focus on supporting local growth, upgrading public infrastructure, and improving residents’ quality of life.
