Qatar’s Minister of State for International Co-operation, Dr. Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser al-Misnad, held separate meetings yesterday with the ambassadors of Pakistan and South Africa to discuss and enhance bilateral relations.

Dr. al-Misnad met with Muhammad Aamer, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Qatar, where they reviewed cooperation between the two countries and explored avenues to strengthen and expand their partnership. The discussions also touched on a range of topics of mutual interest, although specific issues were not disclosed.

In a separate meeting, the minister engaged with Ghulam Hoosein Asmal, the ambassador of the Republic of South Africa in Doha. The two officials examined the existing cooperative ties between Qatar and South Africa, considering ways to further bolster these relations. Additionally, they addressed several matters of shared concern.

These meetings underscore Qatar’s ongoing efforts to maintain and deepen its international partnerships, focusing on collaboration in areas of mutual benefit with key global partners.
