Actors Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig have announced their engagement, several months after their former partners, journalists Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes, were married. Shue confirmed in an interview that he and Fiebig became engaged in the spring, following three years of dating.
The intertwined relationships garnered public attention after Robach and Holmes’ involvement came to light in 2022. At the time, Robach was still married to Shue, and Holmes was married to Fiebig. Both Robach and Holmes were subsequently removed from their roles at “GMA3” in 2023 amid controversy but have consistently denied having an affair.
Shue described the engagement as a positive development, expressing relief at the way events unfolded. He did not elaborate further on the circumstances but commented, “I don’t know how it happened, but there’s a happy ending.”
The announcement highlights a complex series of personal relationships between the four individuals, all of whom have maintained professional ties in their separate careers.
