Ariane Projects is highlighting its growing real estate portfolio and development plans at Cityscape Qatar 2026, currently underway at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre through October 29. The company's ongoing participation underscores its commitment to delivering existing projects while advancing new residential developments focused on quality, strategic locations, and sustainable growth within Qatar's property market.

Sheikh Suhaim bin Khalid bin Hamad al-Thani, chairman of Ariane Projects, emphasized the firm's objective to maintain steady growth in Qatar, building on experience gained since its inception in 2013. He noted that the company’s strategy centers on measured expansion, improving property quality, and balancing investment ambitions with execution capabilities to bolster customer confidence and support long-term development.

Sheikh Jassim bin Jabr Abdulaziz al-Thani, chief executive of Ariane Projects, described Cityscape as a valuable platform for presenting the company’s projects, engaging with customers and investors, and understanding evolving market demands. Among the key developments showcased is The 28 Residences in Lusail Marina, featuring two waterfront towers with more than 650 residential units and retail space connected by a distinctive architectural bridge.

Another prominent project on display is Twin Gardens Residences in Al Erkyah, comprising 377 apartments across 10 floors as well as ground-level and rooftop amenities. These residences offer one- to three-bedroom units, some with maid’s rooms, and include facilities such as swimming pools, paddle courts, a gym, jogging tracks, children’s play areas, and landscaped spaces.

The company’s broader portfolio includes Terra Gardens, a community of 56 villas near Hamad Medical City, as well as Scala North, Scala South, duplex units at Milos, and land plots in Umm Salal Ali. Recent completions include the handover of La Verde, with Urjuan expected to be handed over by November 2026. Other projects in the pipeline, including Al Erkyah Avenue, Rivan, and Scala, are slated for delivery in 2027.

Currently managing 23 projects across 13 strategic locations in Qatar, Ariane Projects’ total built-up area surpasses one million square meters. Its inventory spans apartments, villas, duplexes, and land, catering to diverse segments ranging from homeowners to investors.

Sheikh Jassim highlighted that Qatar’s real estate market has remained active throughout 2026, with sustained interest in well-located residential developments that offer strong investment fundamentals. He observed a shift in buyer preferences toward a broader set of criteria beyond price and location, incorporating design, construction quality, developer track record, timely delivery, and surrounding amenities.

Using Lusail as an example, Sheikh Jassim described it as an integrated urban environment combining residential, business, leisure, and service components, thereby enhancing its attractiveness to both residents and investors. He noted that practical layouts, high-quality materials, shared facilities, and the overall living experience have become increasingly vital factors influencing purchasing decisions. While homeowners emphasize comfort, privacy, and convenience, investors prioritize asset value, rental yields, and resale potential.

Stress was placed on the importance of meeting construction and handover schedules in order to foster trust. Sheikh Jassim pointed out that the customer relationship extends beyond contract signing and unit handover, encompassing product quality, transparency, and fulfillment of commitments.

Looking ahead, Ariane Projects plans to deepen coordination between planning and execution, boost operational efficiency, and reinforce project management to uphold quality standards and delivery timelines. The developer intends to continue focusing on project handovers, enhancing the customer experience, and developing properties that combine strong design and construction with lasting investment value, solidifying its position in Qatar’s real estate sector.
