Two teenage boys were taken into custody in Alice Springs following an alleged assault and robbery involving a 24-year-old woman. Authorities reported that the woman was riding her scooter when she was approached and stopped by the youths, both of whom were wearing face coverings.

The teenagers reportedly punched the woman multiple times before seizing her scooter and personal belongings. Emergency services transported the victim to a local hospital, where she was treated for injuries described as non-life-threatening.
