BankDhofar has entered into three strategic agreements with leading real estate developers as part of the Urban Development, Home and Construction Exhibition and Conference 2026 held in Muscat. These partnerships aim to support residential development, facilitate investment, and promote sustainable urban growth across Oman.

The agreements will enable the bank’s retail customers to access housing loans for purchasing properties currently under development within these projects, positioning BankDhofar as a key financial partner in the country’s expanding real estate sector.

The first agreement, valued at 10 million Omani riyals, was signed with Al Ahly Sabbour Developments. This deal is designed to provide financing for the company's property development activities and offer housing loans to retail customers, supporting both project execution and the developer’s broader investment plans.

BankDhofar also formalized an agreement with Adanté Realty, the real estate subsidiary of Al Adrak Group. This collaboration focuses on Adanté’s Yenaier Residences project located in Sultan Haitham City, a major urban development initiative. The project aligns with efforts to create integrated residential neighborhoods featuring modern housing, community amenities, and sustainable infrastructure.

The third agreement involves Sarooj Development Company and is set to support the Sarooj Oasis residential project, also within Sultan Haitham City. The development aims to establish a distinctive living environment that blends contemporary design with sustainability and enhanced quality of life, contributing to the city’s emergence as a dynamic and inclusive urban community.

Ahmed bin Said al Ibrahim, Chief Retail Banking & Government Business Officer at BankDhofar, represented the bank during the signing ceremonies. He emphasized the significance of strategic partnerships in advancing the bank's role in supporting high-quality real estate initiatives and aligning with Oman’s broader economic and urban development goals.
