Harrow and Bedfont played to a goalless draw in a physically intense match at Earlsmead on Sunday. The game featured several close scoring opportunities early on, including a striking chance for Harrow’s Tade Ibrahim, who hit the inside of the post within the first six minutes. Shortly afterwards, teammate Gareth Chendlik was denied by Bedfont goalkeeper Tyler Tobin from close range.

Bedfont also came close to scoring in the first half, with Joe Jackson’s shot striking the post in the 25th minute. Despite these chances, neither side was able to find the net before halftime. The second half saw deteriorating weather conditions as squally rain fell, contributing to a decline in the overall quality of play.

As the match progressed, the encounter became increasingly physical, with the referee opting to allow a robust style of play while maintaining control. Bedfont appeared to have secured a late victory when James Barnett scored on a rebound following a deflected free kick. However, the effort was disallowed by the linesman’s offside flag, preserving the deadlock.

Neither side was able to capitalize further before the final whistle, leaving both teams to share the points in a match marked more by its physicality than goal-scoring moments.
