Boston’s traveling beer garden series, organized by Roundhead Brewing, has returned for its third consecutive summer, city officials announced Wednesday. The series, which began earlier this month at Copley Square Park, is scheduled to continue at various locations across Boston through mid-September.

Roundhead Brewing, based in Hyde Park and founded in 2017, holds the distinction of being the first Latino-owned brewery in Massachusetts. The brewery’s founder, Luis Espinoza, emphasized the community-oriented mission behind the initiative, describing it as “cerveza que reúne,” which translates to “beer that brings people together.”

The beer gardens are set to operate on a rotating schedule at five city parks. After concluding its run at Copley Square Park on June 28, the series will move to Menino Park in Charlestown from July 3 to July 19. It will then appear at LoPresti Park in East Boston from July 24 to August 2, followed by Jamaica Pond Pine Bank in Jamaica Plain from August 7 to August 23, and conclude at Adams Park in Roslindale from August 28 to September 13.

Operating hours vary slightly by location, with the beer gardens open from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays, and noon to 9 p.m. on Sundays. At Copley Square Park, the beer garden also opens on Tuesdays from noon to 7 p.m. to coincide with the nearby farmers’ market.

Mayor Michelle Wu’s office highlighted the event as part of a broader effort to encourage vibrant activity in Boston’s parks during the summer months. While Roundhead Brewing’s beer garden is a prominent feature of the city’s seasonal offerings, it is among more than 30 beer garden venues opening throughout Greater Boston this spring and summer.
