Max Rocha is bringing a contemporary take on Irish cuisine to London through his establishment, Café Cecilia, situated along Regent’s Canal. The restaurant combines elements of Rocha’s Irish heritage with modern culinary techniques, creating a distinct menu that emphasizes both elegance and comfort.

Café Cecilia offers a diverse selection of dishes that reflect this fusion. Notable items include cider-sautéed mussel toast and delicately prepared fresh pastas. The menu also features a signature sugar-crusted bread and butter pudding, alongside a creative reinterpretation of his mother’s Guinness bread, which has become a popular choice among diners.
