Carimin stated that the decision to increase its investment in Sealink aligns with its broader strategic goal to identify opportunities that can enhance the operational capabilities, financial performance, and overall financial position of the company and its subsidiaries. The move reflects Carimin’s intent to strengthen its foothold in industries related to maritime services and property management.

This transaction underscores Carimin’s ongoing approach to expanding its investment portfolio through targeted acquisitions, particularly in sectors that complement its existing business operations. The strategic partnership with Sealink is expected to support Carimin’s efforts in boosting long-term value and competitive positioning in the market.
