Catbird, a Brooklyn-born jewelry brand known for its fine craftsmanship and celebrity clientele, plans to open its first Texas location this November in Dallas's Knox-Henderson neighborhood. This expansion marks the company's entry into the Texas market, adding to its established presence in major cities such as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago.

The brand, which originated over 20 years ago when founder Rony Vardi opened a small shop in Brooklyn, initially sold a variety of items before focusing primarily on jewelry. Catbird’s product range includes necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and other accessories. The company has gained notable recognition for its custom charm jewelry, permanent jewelry offerings, ear piercing services, and personalized wedding ring appointments.

Catbird has attracted high-profile customers from the entertainment industry, including pop star Taylor Swift, who has worn rings designed for the series "The Summer I Turned Pretty," and singer Sabrina Carpenter, who featured the brand’s Dollhouse Heart Locket on the cover of her "Short n’ Sweet" album.

The decision to establish a store in Dallas reflects a broader trend of fashion and beauty brands targeting the North Texas market, which has seen significant growth in both population and economic activity. Recent arrivals include the French fashion label Sézane, which opened a store at NorthPark Center in Dallas, and Sukoshi, an Asian beauty retailer that launched a location at Stonebriar Centre in Frisco.

Catbird’s Dallas store will offer customers an interactive shopping experience, featuring its signature fine jewelry collections alongside services such as custom charm creation and permanent jewelry application. The company expressed enthusiasm about introducing its brand and tailored offerings to the Dallas community.
