Notices have been issued for various properties located throughout Chicago and surrounding municipalities, including addresses such as 9141 Forest Drive in Hickory Hills, 10829 South Emerald Avenue in Chicago, 5423 West 30th Place in Cicero, 1901 South Calumet Avenue in Chicago, and 1241-1243 East 71st Street in Chicago, among others across multiple Chicago wards.

Individuals seeking to redeem their properties must settle the delinquent tax balances through the Cook County Clerk’s Office before the specified deadlines. Failure to do so will result in the transfer of the property title and possession rights to the purchasers of the tax deeds. Petitions concerning these tax deeds are scheduled for hearings in January 2027 at the Richard J. Daley Center in Chicago.
