Country music artist Orville Peck has indicated the possibility of a new collaboration following a recent encounter with British dance-pop singer PinkPantheress. Peck, who performed at an awards show earlier this week, met PinkPantheress at the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles last month. Speaking in an exclusive interview, he described approaching the artist despite never having met her before, expressing admiration for her work. While he did not confirm any plans, Peck described their interaction as positive and characterized PinkPantheress as "really cool."

Peck’s latest release, his fourth album titled *Mule*, was launched last month and draws heavily from his personal struggles over the past year, including surviving an overdose and undergoing rehabilitation. The album has been well-received, currently holding the top spot on the UK country music charts. Reflecting on the project, Peck noted the satisfaction of seeing such a personal work connect with audiences.

Looking ahead, Peck shared that he has begun composing new material, suggesting a different stylistic direction influenced by his current state. “I’m always writing from my life experience and I’m feeling pretty light at the moment, so maybe it’ll be a lighter one,” he said. Peck is scheduled to perform on The Graham Norton Show, further supporting his ongoing musical activities.
