Authorities in Waco, Texas, arrested a 32-year-old woman and a 75-year-old man Sunday following reports of disruptive behavior at a residential pool. Emilie Parma and Douglas Faith were accused of engaging in sexually explicit conduct in view of children at an apartment complex.
According to police reports, witnesses observed Parma positioned on top of Faith while making loud moaning sounds near the pool area. Responding officers confronted the pair, and Faith acknowledged Parma’s position but denied that actual sexual intercourse occurred. He cited the presence of a penile implant as the reason why they were not engaging in sex, according to law enforcement statements.
The incident led to both individuals being detained for causing a public disturbance. Authorities have not released further details on potential charges or court proceedings. The complaint drew attention due to the inappropriate nature of the behavior in a family-oriented setting, prompting a swift police response.
The investigation remains ongoing, with officials reviewing witness statements and any possible surveillance footage. The apartment complex’s management has not commented on the incident.
