Igho Ubiribo, a London-based influencer known by the monikers “Tiny” and “Ego,” died following complications from a penis enlargement procedure in Bangkok, a coroner has confirmed. Ubiribo, 43, from Shepherd’s Bush in west London, had reportedly traveled to Thailand multiple times since 2024 to receive injections aimed at enlarging his penis.

The most recent procedure, performed on March 5, involved the use of a filler injection. Medical officials determined that the treatment led to a pulmonary embolism, which ultimately caused Ubiribo’s death. A pulmonary embolism occurs when a blood clot blocks blood flow in the lungs, a serious condition that can arise from certain medical procedures.

Separately, Nigerian authorities have been seeking Ubiribo in connection with allegations of drug trafficking. While details of the investigation have not been disclosed publicly, reports indicate that Ubiribo was wanted by law enforcement in Nigeria at the time of his death.

The circumstances surrounding Ubiribo’s death underscore the risks associated with cosmetic procedures, particularly those performed abroad and involving injectable substances. Thailand is a known destination for medical tourism, including a wide range of cosmetic treatments, but procedures carry inherent health risks.
