Cristiano Ronaldo, the 41-year-old Portuguese footballer and Al-Nassr forward, recently shared a rare look inside his extensive luxury car collection. Known for his on-field speed, Ronaldo’s off-field passion for high-performance vehicles remains evident, despite admitting he rarely drives them.

Ronaldo posted an image of his garage at his luxury mansion in Portugal, showcasing a lineup that includes Ferraris, Bugattis, Lamborghinis, BMWs, and other high-end marques. He referred to these vehicles as his “toys,” highlighting the collection more as an investment than for everyday use. In a previous interview, Ronaldo estimated the number of cars he owns to be around 40 or 41 but acknowledged he has lost track of the exact total.

The collection features some of the most exclusive and valuable models in the world. Among the highlights is an ultra-rare Bugatti Centodieci, valued at approximately £12.5 million, one of only ten ever produced globally. Other Bugattis in his fleet include a £5 million Bugatti Chiron and a £2.5 million Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse. The lineup also includes a Ferrari SP3 Daytona worth up to £6 million, the Ferrari Monza SP1 around £5 million, a Ferrari Purosangue luxury SUV priced at roughly £500,000, and a classic Ferrari 599 GTO, which would have cost about £1 million.

Ronaldo’s collection also contains rare British hypercars such as the McLaren Speedtail, valued near £2.5 million, and the McLaren Senna, purchased for approximately £750,000 but now worth close to £1.2 million. Additionally, a Mercedes-AMG ONE, powered by a Formula 1 engine and priced around £2.4 million, rounds out his impressive lineup.

Despite the extraordinary value of the cars, reportedly totaling close to £100 million for the entire collection, Ronaldo revealed he does not often drive them. He explained that his vehicles are primarily for collection and investment purposes, likening the purchase of these cars to buying art or a frame. He recounted never visiting his garage for a week during a stay in Madrid and using the cars mainly for inspections or maintenance.

The footballer’s passion for cars has also been supported by gifts from his fiancée, Georgina Rodriguez, including a Mercedes G-Wagon Brabus SUV and a Rolls-Royce Dawn, both of significant value. Ronaldo recently became football’s first billionaire player and earns an estimated £2.42 million per week with Al-Nassr.

Outside of his car collection, Ronaldo is currently preparing for his upcoming wedding in Madeira, his birthplace, with ceremonies planned at a cathedral in Funchal and a reception at a nearby luxury hotel. Despite his enormous wealth and collection, Ronaldo has remarked that money has become less important to him over time, though he acknowledges the human desire to acquire more.
