The results are in for this year’s Beauty Awards, which celebrate standout products across a variety of categories ranging from skincare to makeup. The selection process began earlier this year when the editorial team identified 25 key product categories making a significant impact in the beauty industry. These categories were then opened up for public voting, resulting in a shortlist of winners reflecting consumer favourites and trusted brands.
Clinique’s Moisture Surge Hydrator emerged as the top skincare winner. This oil-free gel-cream is noted for its ability to provide intensive hydration, promising to keep skin moisturized for up to 100 hours. Other skincare highlights include the Medicube Zero Pore Pad, which features exfoliating ingredients AHA and BHA designed to refine the appearance of pores and promote clearer skin. The Biodance Bio-Collagen Real Deep Mask also received attention for its overnight hydrogel formula, which conditions lashes while enhancing length, volume, and definition with the help of vitamin B5.
In the makeup category, Estée Lauder’s Double Wear Foundation received praise for its improved formula that combines full coverage with a natural look, boasting a staying power of up to 36 hours. Another makeup product garnering interest is Iconic London’s Prep-Set-Glow, a versatile mist that can be used to prepare skin before makeup application, set the finished look, or add a dewy radiance to bare skin — making it suitable for various occasions, including the upcoming festive season. For mascara users, Sweed Cloud Mascara stood out for its lash-enhancing qualities, conditioning lashes while improving length and volume.
Haircare was represented by Hair by Sam McKnight’s Modern Hairspray, recognized for its strong hold without leaving hair stiff or crunchy. Additionally, the awards acknowledged more niche products such as &Sleep’s Cloud Nine Pillow Mist, which combines soothing oils intended to promote restful sleep, and the unisex M&S Studio Tonka Tabac eau de parfum, noted for its warm, ambery scent blending myrrh, sundrenched tobacco, and hedgerow fruits.
Many of the winning products are available through Marks & Spencer, providing a convenient one-stop option for consumers interested in exploring this diverse range of beauty offerings. The awards demonstrate a balance between established brands like Clinique and Estée Lauder and emerging favourites such as Biodance and Medicube, reflecting current trends and consumer preferences in the beauty market.
