Dallal, a Kuwait-based real estate platform, has launched its mobile application and website, offering a digitally authenticated property marketplace designed to increase transparency and trust in the local real estate market. The platform is now available for free download on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
The platform aims to address common challenges faced by property seekers in Kuwait by requiring verification of user identities and property details before listings are published. Each property undergoes a thorough authentication process that checks the accuracy of information, photographs, and documentation. Dallal’s listings currently include a range of property types such as apartments for rent, houses for sale, commercial spaces including shops and offices, as well as land for sale or exchange. At launch, the platform features over 500 verified listings, with numbers expected to grow steadily. It has established partnerships with several real estate firms and service providers, including Wafra Real Estate, A’ayan Real Estate, Marafiq for Property Management, and Tribe Coworking Space.
Ali Bahbahani, founder and CEO of Dallal, drew on extensive experience in hospitality and user journey management in developing the platform. He cited difficulties in navigating Kuwait’s property market—including unreliable broker interactions, inconsistent pricing, and unclear property information—as key motivators for creating a comprehensive digital solution. The platform focuses on delivering clarity through verified listings, private in-app messaging, and a streamlined connection between buyers, tenants, brokers, and property owners.
In addition to the marketplace, Dallal’s research and development team, led by Norsen Noreldin, is developing an Automated Valuation Model (AVM) tailored to Kuwait’s real estate market. This tool uses data from the Ministry of Justice and Kuwait Finder to provide rapid and accurate property valuations for both sales and rentals. The AVM is intended to replace the traditional reliance on long waiting periods and in-person appraisals, aiming to support a future of government-backed digital property valuations.
Dallal also offers property managers and brokers a specialized dashboard to track active leads, gauge interest, and analyze user engagement with their listings. This feature is designed to provide suppliers with actionable insights on the effectiveness of their marketing efforts and audience interactions.
Interested users can explore available listings and register on the platform via www.dallal.com.kw or by downloading the app from the respective mobile stores. Verification is a required step for listers wishing to advertise properties, reinforcing Dallal’s commitment to fostering a secure, transparent real estate environment in Kuwait.
