Dandy, currently undergoing conversion, has completed the subscription period for its initial public offering (IPO), which ran from October 7 to 20, 2026. The public offering was oversubscribed, demonstrating strong investor interest.

The IPO included 41.2 million shares with a total offer size of QR206 million. Of these, 28.84 million shares, representing 70% of the offer, were made available to the public at a price of QR5 per share. Subscribers paid QR5.01 per share, which covered offering and listing fees. The remaining 12.63 million shares, accounting for 30% of the offer, were allocated to institutional investors through a book-building process.

Allocation of the offer shares will adhere to the rules outlined by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA), as well as the terms specified in the company’s prospectus. Final allocations will be communicated to subscribers, while any excess subscription funds will be refunded according to the approved schedule.

Following the completion of the offering, the founding shareholders will maintain a 60% stake in the company’s fully paid-up share capital. These shares will be subject to lock-up requirements imposed by the QFMA. The remaining 40% will represent the company’s free float upon its listing.

Dandy’s shares are expected to commence trading on the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) in November, contingent on the fulfillment of all regulatory and technical requirements. The exact date for the start of trading will be announced in the coming days.
