PNC Bank has appointed Daniel M. Timmons as regional president for the Greater Los Angeles market, expanding his responsibilities to include overseeing the bank’s local market strategy, business development, client relations, and community engagement. Timmons will continue in his current role as head of Corporate Banking for the region.
With nearly 25 years of experience in the banking sector, Timmons has played a key role in building and strengthening PNC’s presence across Southern California since joining the bank in 2023. As the initial head of Corporate Banking for Greater Los Angeles, he has been responsible for assembling a team focused on serving middle market and large corporate clients within the region.
Under his leadership, PNC has broadened its corporate banking footprint through the creation of specialized teams targeting a variety of industries, including entertainment, technology, food and beverage, and consumer products. This strategic expansion aims to address the unique needs of the diverse economic sectors in Southern California.
Prior to joining PNC, Timmons spent two decades at Bank of America, where he held several leadership positions, notably serving as a market executive in the global commercial bank division. His extensive experience and local expertise are expected to support PNC’s continued growth and engagement in the Los Angeles market.
