Danny Bretherton is set to return to performing following a two-month hiatus taken to address his mental health. The musician was seen rehearsing alongside bandmates Hendrik Christoffersen, Cruz Lee-Ojo, John Fadare, Josh Olliver, Nicolas Alves, and Sean Hayden in London on Tuesday.
Bretherton stepped away from the group prior to their European tour, which is scheduled to begin on December 10. His break resulted in him missing the band’s recent festival debut at Reading & Leeds.
According to a source close to the band, Bretherton used the time off to prioritize his well-being and feels revitalized after the period away from performing. The band reportedly supported his decision and expressed respect for his focus on recovery.
Bretherton’s return has been met positively by his colleagues, who have welcomed him back warmly. The band remains optimistic about their upcoming tour and future endeavors.
