Dartford Football Club has strengthened its attacking line ahead of the upcoming season by securing three new signings, manager Ben Grenhalgh confirmed on Monday.
Max Fiddes, 20, joins from Dover and brings experience from multiple loan spells last season at Canvey Island, Burgess Hill Town, and Cray Wanderers. Fiddes is a product of Reading’s youth academy before moving on to Southend United. He later earned a professional contract at Queen’s Park in Scotland, showcasing his development across different leagues.
The club has also added 25-year-old Gianluca Botti, who transferred from Wingate & Finchley, a fellow Isthmian Premier League side. Botti had an impressive previous campaign, scoring 21 goals, underlining his potential to provide a significant offensive boost to Dartford.
In addition, Dartford has brought back academy graduate Louie Atkins, 21, from Margate. Atkins’s return is expected to add depth and familiarity to the squad, reinforcing the club’s continued commitment to its youth talent pipeline.
These acquisitions come as part of Dartford’s efforts to enhance their attacking options and competitive edge in the forthcoming season under Grenhalgh’s leadership.
