Luke Littler, the 19-year-old darts player from Warrington, Cheshire, has adopted a healthier diet in an effort to enhance his performance and stamina. The two-time PDC World Darts Champion, who secured titles in 2025 and 2026, has moved away from his previous preference for fast food, such as kebabs and burgers, opting instead for calorie-controlled meals inspired by those consumed by Manchester United footballers.

Littler, widely known as "the Nuke," has enlisted chef Jaedon Kay to prepare his weekly meals, which cost approximately £150 and are delivered directly to his home. Kay, who prepares food for more than 10 Premier League players—including members of Manchester United—has turned his cooking skills into a thriving business. He emphasized that his success evolved from starting with cooking for his own family and growing it into a venture followed by millions online.

The shift in Littler’s diet follows previous efforts to improve his physical condition; he has previously spoken about losing two stone to boost his endurance during competitions. Despite his earlier penchant for celebratory food like doner kebabs and soft drinks, Littler’s recent nutritional changes align with a focus on maintaining peak competitive form.

Littler first attracted widespread attention in 2024 when he finished as runner-up in the PDC World Darts Championship at age 16. Since then, his career has flourished both on and off the oche, with reported earnings around £3 million from darts. As he continues to build his profile, his commitment to a disciplined diet marks a notable development in his approach to the sport.
