MyCareerCompassToday, in collaboration with Gulf News, has launched the Career Quest Championship 2026–27, an innovative career exploration competition designed for students from Grades 1 to 12. The initiative, aligned with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority’s (KHDA) FutureReady vision, aims to help young learners identify their interests and strengths through a structured journey of interactive challenges and practical activities.
The championship is organised into four progressive stages—Discover, Explore, Experience, and Create—that guide students through age-appropriate tasks connecting classroom learning with real-world career possibilities. This approach intends to support continuous career guidance and experiential learning, encouraging informed academic and career choices early on.
Career Quest also involves the broader educational community, inviting participation from students, parents, teachers, and schools. The programme recognises the collective role these groups play in preparing youth for future opportunities.
A total prize pool of AED 340,000 is available, including cash awards across multiple participant categories. In addition to monetary rewards, winners will have access to scholarships, internships, and assistance with university admissions. Registration for the competition is open until November 30, 2026, with free participation offered to parents and teachers.
The campaign carries the slogan “Career Quest Today, Be Future Ready Tomorrow,” reflecting its focus on equipping students with skills and insights needed for their career paths ahead.
