Dhank in Al Dhahirah Governorate witnessed the signing of five development agreements on Tuesday, valued at around RO 200,000, aimed at enhancing education, healthcare, social development, sports, and religious services in the region. These agreements represent a collaboration between the private sector, government entities, and community organizations to support various local projects and initiatives.
The signing ceremony was conducted under the supervision of Tahir bin Mabkhout al Junaibi, Governor of Al Dhahirah, with the attendance of Shaikh Musallam bin Ahmed al Maashani, Wali of Dhank, alongside other representatives from government and community bodies. The agreements also include provisions related to endowments (awqaf) and religious affairs, reflecting a holistic approach to improving public services and the quality of life for residents.
These projects align with broader national objectives by encouraging private sector involvement in community development and helping to fulfill the social development goals outlined in Oman Vision 2040. The collaboration aims to foster sustainable growth and improved service delivery within the wilayat, contributing to the overall advancement of the Sultanate.
