A suspected intoxicated driver led California Highway Patrol officers on a high-speed pursuit on a highway between the West Valley and Pasadena on Sunday night. The driver, operating a maroon Dodge Charger with blacked-out windows and no headlights, reportedly exceeded speeds of 130 miles per hour during the chase.

At one point, the vehicle stopped briefly at a gas station, where the driver refueled the car before resuming the pursuit. The chase continued until reaching Pasadena, where the driver and two passengers attempted to flee the vehicle. Law enforcement officers quickly apprehended all three individuals at the scene.

The circumstances leading to the initial police intervention were not immediately disclosed. Authorities confirmed the arrests but have not released additional details regarding charges or the condition of the suspects. The investigation remains ongoing.
