KUWAIT CITY — Authorities arrested a Kuwaiti citizen and two Gulf nationals following a brawl at a livestock pen in Kabad on June 24. The altercation, reported to have involved the use of sharp objects, left several participants with minor injuries.

The Ministry of Interior’s Operations Room received a report of the fight, prompting officers to dispatch patrols to the scene. Upon arrival, they encountered three individuals sustaining minor wounds. Security sources indicated that the disturbances may have been linked to intoxication, with suspicions that those involved were under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

In response, the investigator at Kabad Police Station ordered forensic testing on samples collected from the suspects to determine the exact substances that may have contributed to their abnormal behavior. Meanwhile, police also sought to apprehend several other individuals believed to have fled the location prior to the arrival of law enforcement.

The incident underscores ongoing challenges in maintaining public order and addressing substance-related disturbances in the area, as authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the confrontation.
