EgyptAir and Orange Egypt have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at combining travel and telecommunications services to provide enhanced benefits for their customers. The agreement was formalized in a signing ceremony attended by senior officials from both companies, including Amr El Adawy, Chief Commercial Officer of EgyptAir, and Mohamed Shibl, Vice President of Business at Orange Egypt.
Under the terms of the collaboration, Orange Egypt will supply telecommunications services to EgyptAir, while the two firms will also integrate their respective loyalty programs. This integration enables Orange Egypt customers to access the EgyptAir Plus frequent flyer program and earn rewards across the airline’s network, which spans more than 80 destinations globally.
The partnership seeks to offer unique value through these combined services, with additional exclusive perks for premium customers expected to be announced in the near future. The alliance reflects a growing trend among businesses to forge cross-sector collaborations that enhance customer engagement and loyalty through multifaceted service offerings.
