Elle Macpherson, the Australian supermodel known worldwide as "The Body," says she is experiencing what she describes as her most vibrant and free decade yet. At 62, Macpherson reflects on how her outlook on health and wellness has evolved, particularly following her battle with breast cancer a decade ago.

In a recent interview and photo shoot, Macpherson emphasized that her current approach prioritizes internal well-being over external appearance. Wearing a fitted outfit from Australian designer Toni Maticevski, she demonstrated the enduring poise that made her a modeling icon.

Macpherson also discussed her role as the founder of WelleCo, a wellness brand producing a Longevity Elixir aimed at supporting cognitive function, memory, and bone density. She expressed a wish that such health products had been available earlier in her life, noting the shift in attitudes toward wellness since her younger years.

“When I was in my 40s and 50s, wellness wasn’t a common topic,” she said. “It was all about fitness, counting calories in and out, and focusing on how the body looked rather than how it felt. Today, the emphasis has moved toward how we feel inside.”

Through WelleCo, Macpherson aims to promote a holistic approach to health, reflecting broader trends in the wellness industry that prioritize mental and physical balance. Her experience with illness appears to have informed this perspective, underscoring the importance of addressing overall well-being as people age.
