Former model and actress Keeley Hazell has publicly accused David Sullivan, the former West Ham United vice-chairman, of exploitative behavior. Hazell, 39, who appeared in the Apple TV series "Ted Lasso," posted excerpts from her autobiography on Instagram, alleging that an ex-boyfriend provided a private sex tape to The Sport newspaper when Sullivan owned the publication. She described Sullivan as an “exploitative a***hole,” suggesting there were many details she was legally prohibited from disclosing.

The allegations against Sullivan recently resurfaced amid an investigation by The Times and the BBC’s Panorama program, which accused the 77-year-old billionaire of sexually exploiting young women and abusing his power dating back to the 1980s. Reports also indicated that Sullivan had been barred from attending youth and women’s football matches due to safeguarding concerns and was investigated by the Football Association (FA) in 2023 following claims of sexual misconduct.

Sullivan, known as a former adult entertainment industry figure and noted for his business ventures, has denied all accusations. He described the allegations as “factually incorrect and entirely false.” Following the emerging controversies, Sullivan resigned from his role as vice-chairman of West Ham United.

Efforts to obtain further comment from Hazell’s representatives were made but no statement has been provided. The unfolding situation continues to draw attention to issues of safeguarding and conduct in football administration.
