A federal prison guard from New Jersey has been charged with sexual abuse after allegedly engaging in a sexual relationship with an inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix. Jordan Pensak, 27, who is married, is accused of having multiple sexual encounters with the unidentified prisoner beginning in 2024.

According to court documents filed last week, investigators discovered a substantial number of sexually explicit messages exchanged between Pensak and the inmate. The communications included graphic text messages, photos, and videos, which were retrieved after authorities seized Pensak’s phone. The messages reportedly contained suggestive content referencing vibrating underwear and Pensak’s expressed desire for the inmate’s “big man hands.”

The complaint alleges that the sexual encounters occurred within an office at the prison facility. During these meetings, the inmate allegedly paid other prisoners to serve as lookouts to avoid detection by staff. Investigators found that over 100 explicit messages were exchanged between Pensak and the inmate during the period of their relationship.

The investigation and subsequent charges underscore ongoing concerns about security and misconduct at correctional facilities. Details regarding any prior disciplinary actions or statements from Pensak or the Federal Bureau of Prisons have not been publicly disclosed as of this time. The case remains under federal jurisdiction, and further legal proceedings are expected.
