KUWAIT CITY — Firefighters successfully contained two separate fires in Kuwait on Friday, authorities reported.

In the first incident, a fire ignited in waste materials at a recycling facility in Mina Abdullah during the afternoon. The Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) dispatched teams from the Mina Abdullah, Umm Al-Haiman, and Support stations to the scene. Firefighters worked promptly to bring the blaze under control, and no casualties were reported.

Earlier that day, a fire broke out inside a shop located within a garage in the Shuwaikh Industrial area. Responding units from the Shuwaikh Industrial and Al-Shaheed fire stations arrived quickly and managed to contain the fire without injury or loss of life.

Both incidents were handled efficiently, with firefighting crews preventing further damage or harm. Investigations into the causes of the fires have not yet been disclosed.
