Freddie Flintoff Enterprises Ltd, a company controlled by the former cricketer and television presenter Andrew "Freddie" Flintoff and his wife Rachel Flintoff, was fined for failing to identify the driver of a speeding vehicle. The case was heard at High Wycombe magistrates’ court on Wednesday.

The company, which oversees Flintoff’s business affairs, was summoned after a £150,000 Bentley registered to the firm was caught traveling at 59 mph in a 50 mph zone in Greater Manchester. The driver was not named during the proceedings.

Neither Freddie Flintoff, 48, nor Rachel Flintoff, 44, both listed as directors of the company, attended the hearing. The company’s representatives stated that a notice of prosecution related to the case had been overlooked.

Magistrate Helen Lloyd acknowledged the company’s guilty plea and reduced the initial £1,000 fine to £666. Details regarding the identity of the driver or further statements from the company have not been disclosed.
