Hyde Park Winter Wonderland in London is set to open this year from November 19 through January 3, offering visitors a wide range of festive attractions and entertainment. Since its inception in 2007, the event has become a popular seasonal destination, featuring more than 150 rides and experiences designed to appeal to a broad audience.
Among the highlights is the Magical Ice Kingdom presents Neverland, created in partnership with Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. This attraction is constructed from over 500 tonnes of ice and snow and invites visitors to journey through scenes inspired by the Peter Pan story. Starting in the Darling family nursery, guests encounter characters such as Tinkerbell and Peter Pan before exploring the Lost Boys’ camp, the mermaid’s pool, and the iconic Jolly Roger pirate ship. The experience includes hand-carved ice sculptures and interactive elements such as frozen slides and a challenge against Captain Hook.
Beyond the Ice Kingdom, Winter Wonderland offers the UK’s largest open-air ice rink, operated by Priority from O2, as well as various thrill rides including roller coasters and a 70-meter Giant Wheel that provides panoramic views of London. Another notable attraction is the Real Ice Slide, powered by Joybuy, which adds to the array of activities for visitors seeking excitement.
For those interested in entertainment and socializing, the Bavarian Village features live music, DJs, singalongs, and authentic German cuisine and beverages. Additionally, the Christmas market offers an assortment of handcrafted gifts and seasonal delicacies, catering to shoppers looking for holiday presents.
This year’s event also debuts the Gandeys K-pop Dragon Circus, a new show combining K-pop music, dance, and circus performances.
Tickets for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland are available for dates between November 19 and December 6. A limited number of free tickets are being distributed in pairs on a first-come, first-served basis.
