G3 Global Bhd has secured two purchase orders from Binery Sdn Bhd for an information technology (IT) project related to immigration, valued at RM3.37 million. The company will be responsible for developing four modules as part of the project.

According to a recent filing with Bursa Malaysia, the development work is slated to span 12 months, with the exact start date to be agreed upon by both parties at a later time. G3 Global indicated that it will fund the project using internally generated resources. These funds will cover expenses such as manpower and the acquisition of information and communications technology hardware necessary for the development phase.

The firm also noted that the purchase orders are expected to have a positive impact on its earnings per share as well as its net assets per share over the course of the contract. The project reinforces G3 Global’s ongoing involvement in IT services within the immigration sector.
