Galadari Brothers recently organised a volunteer visit to the Al Noor Training Centre for People of Determination, underscoring the company’s commitment to fostering inclusion and community engagement in the UAE. The visit brought together volunteers from across the organisation, including Co-Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer Mohammed Galadari and Group Chief Investment Officer Ibrahim Galadari.

Al Noor Training Centre is recognised as one of the UAE’s foremost institutions dedicated to supporting People of Determination by providing specialised education, vocational training, and pathways aimed at enhancing students’ abilities and enabling them to actively contribute to society. During the visit, volunteers and students participated in interactive activities designed to celebrate creativity, confidence, and achievement, facilitating mutual learning and meaningful engagement.

In addition to these interactions, volunteers supported the centre’s efforts by purchasing products created by students, an initiative that promotes skill development and independence among attendees. Mohammed Galadari described the experience as both inspiring and humbling, highlighting the students’ determination and creativity as testament to the potential that can be realised when individuals receive adequate support and opportunities.

The visit is part of Galadari Brothers’ broader corporate social responsibility programme, which prioritises social and environmental impact through employee volunteering and community partnerships. By actively partnering with organisations focused on inclusion and empowerment, Galadari Brothers aims to contribute to building a more inclusive society across the UAE.
