The General Tax Authority marked the graduation of the inaugural cohort of its employees from the "Promising Leaders" programme, an initiative designed to prepare national talent for leadership roles within the institution. The two-month programme concluded recently, with the ceremony held in the presence of Khalifa bin Jassim al-Jaham al-Kuwari, President of the Authority.

The programme aims to equip participants with advanced leadership capabilities that align with the evolving demands of institutional work, thereby enhancing overall performance and contributing to the Authority’s strategic objectives. Beyond theoretical learning, the programme emphasized practical application, with participants working in specialized teams to identify workplace challenges and devise development projects. These projects were presented at the programme’s conclusion, showcasing the practical knowledge and skills gained during the training.
