Four people were killed when armed assailants opened fire on a private ambulance in the Bannu district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, northwestern Pakistan, on Friday, according to police sources. The attackers targeted the vehicle, resulting in the deaths of all four occupants.

Following the incident, a substantial police presence was deployed to the scene, where authorities recovered the bodies and transported them to a nearby hospital. The area was secured, and forensic teams collected evidence as part of the ongoing investigation.
