Haiti has ended its working relationship with coach Sebastien Migne following the national team's participation in the recent World Cup. The Caribbean nation secured a spot in the tournament for the first time since 1974 but finished at the bottom of Group C, which included Brazil, Morocco, and Scotland.

Haiti's elimination came after the first two matches, as the tournament's tiebreaker rules prioritized head-to-head results over goal difference. During the group stage, Haiti showed competitive moments, twice taking the lead against Morocco, a team that reached the semi-finals in 2022, before ultimately losing 4-2.

Migne, a French coach with prior experience leading the national teams of Congo, Kenya, and Equatorial Guinea, was credited with guiding Haiti to the World Cup finals. The Haitian Football Federation described the departure as an “amicable agreement,” signaling a mutual decision to part ways following the tournament.
