Scott emphasized the speed at which wildfires can spread, advising visitors to avoid affected zones and to evacuate immediately if instructed by local officials. “Have an escape plan ready and be prepared to leave quickly in an emergency,” she said, highlighting the importance of vigilance amid the ongoing crisis.

Among those impacted is actor George Clooney and his wife Amal, who were compelled to evacuate their estate near Brignoles in southern France. Clooney expressed uncertainty over the fate of their home, stating, “At this point we have no idea whether our beautiful home makes it through this terrible moment.”
