Inta Bina Group Bhd has secured a RM221.08 million contract from Prisma Melody Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitraland Holding (M) Sdn Bhd, to undertake the main building works for Gravit8 Phase 4 (Novva) in Kota Bayuemas, Klang, Selangor. The project marks Inta Bina’s fourth collaboration with Mitraland.

The development consists of a 39-storey serviced apartment tower comprising 654 units alongside a 20-storey office tower. The complex will also include parking facilities, commercial spaces, recreational areas, and a sports complex.

Construction is set to begin on September 28, 2026. The contract is divided into two sections: Section 1 has a 24-month timeline with an expected completion date of September 27, 2028, while Section 2 spans 28 months and is scheduled to be finished by January 27, 2029.

This contract increases Inta Bina’s order book significantly, raising it from approximately RM424 million to RM645 million, thereby improving the company’s earnings visibility as it continues to expand its construction portfolio.

Paul Lim, managing director of Inta Bina, highlighted the company's robust tender book currently valued at about RM3.6 billion, which includes a diverse mix of residential, commercial, and data centre projects. He emphasized the group’s commitment to delivering the Gravit8 Phase 4 (Novva) project on schedule, with rigorous attention to quality, safety, and high standards. Lim noted that this project aligns with Inta Bina’s vision of becoming a preferred builder that creates lasting value and sustainable returns for stakeholders.
