Sheppey United and Chichester City received commendations for their exemplary conduct during last weekend’s Isthmian League annual meeting and presentation dinner. Both clubs were honored for their sportsmanship and respect on the pitch across their respective divisions.

Chichester City was recognized for securing both the Richard Rosser Fair Play Award and the Respect Award in the Pitching In Isthmian Premier division, marking a notable accomplishment. Meanwhile, Sheppey United repeated a similar feat in the Pitching In Isthmian South East division, winning both awards for the second consecutive year.

In the Richard Rosser Fair Play standings for the Isthmian Premier division, Chichester City led the rankings, followed by Hashtag United in second place and Folkestone Invicta in third. In the South East division, Sheppey United topped the chart with Broadbridge Heath and Sittingbourne claiming second and third places, respectively.

The North division’s Fair Play honors went to Wroxham, with Maldon & Tiptree and Gorleston finishing second and third. Leatherhead received recognition in the South Central division, joined by Westfield and Moneyfields in the top three.

For the Respect Awards, Chichester City once again led the Premier division, closely followed by Canvey Island and Lewes. In the South East, Sheppey United was first, with Sevenoaks Town and VCD Athletic completing the podium. Mildenhall Town secured the top spot in the North division, while Maldon & Tiptree and Lowestoft Town finished second and third. In the South Central division, Binfield earned the award, with Leatherhead and Harrow Borough placing second and third.

The Isthmian League also recognized individual goal-scoring achievements by awarding five Golden Boots. Jake Hutchinson of Folkestone Invicta was the top scorer in the Premier division. Other recipients included Freddie Sears from Maldon & Tiptree (North), Noel Leighton of Three Bridges (South East), and both Nathan Hogan from Leatherhead and Connor Cullen of Egham Town in the South Central division.
