Actor Jacob Elordi disclosed that he suffered fractures to both of his heels earlier this year. The 6-foot-5 performer described the injury as resulting from a jump, which subsequently forced him to step down from a jury position at the Cannes Film Festival.

Speaking in a recent television interview, Elordi recounted, “I broke both my heels earlier this year. I jumped off something.” The timing of his injury coincided with the filming of intense scenes for his role as Nate Jacobs in the television series *Euphoria*, where his character experiences graphic wounds involving the severing of toes and fingers. Elordi noted that while he was physically immobilized in a cast and moon boot, the cast and crew joked that his condition was a form of method acting.

Elordi is currently in a relationship with model Kendall Jenner. He humorously dismissed the idea that his injury was related to his character’s scenes, clarifying, “I cut my f***ing toe off,” to underscore the difference between his real injury and the fictional events portrayed on the show.
