Al Jazeera Steel Products Co SAOG has established a corporate footprint in the United States through the incorporation of two wholly-owned subsidiaries, according to a filing with the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) on August 31. The move marks a strategic step for the Suhar-based manufacturer to expand its international presence and operations within the American market.

The group’s newly formed structure consists of a US holding company and an operating entity. Jazz Steel Holding Inc. was incorporated as a corporation with an initial capital of $2 million and is fully owned by Al Jazeera Steel Products Co SAOG. The holding company, in turn, owns Jazz Steel Products LLC, a limited liability company with a capital of $1.5 million, which will serve as the operating arm in the United States.

This two-tiered arrangement is designed to distinguish the group’s US trading activities from the entity holding the investment, thereby streamlining its corporate governance and operational capabilities in the region. The company indicated that establishing these subsidiaries aims to support and advance its ongoing business activities in the US market.

The disclosure follows a prior announcement on February 15, 2026, when the company’s board of directors approved the plan to set up the US entities. The filing with MSX was made in compliance with listing rules that require publicly traded companies to notify shareholders and the market about material developments affecting their business or corporate structure.
