Jeddah is set to host the sixth Hajj Conference and Exhibition from November 8 to 11, convening over 520 local and international organizations to advance preparations for the 2027 Hajj season. The four-day event, organized by Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with the Pilgrim Experience Program—a key initiative under Saudi Vision 2030—will operate under the patronage of King Salman.
The conference aims to facilitate discussions on operational readiness, service enhancements, and innovative solutions to support the annual pilgrimage. Participants will include representatives from government bodies, private sector companies, nonprofit organizations, and specialists involved in the various facets of Hajj services.
Central to the event are three thematic tracks focusing on infrastructure and operational services, empowerment and integration, and sustainable development. These sessions will address a range of topics, such as contract negotiations, seasonal logistics, new initiatives, partnerships, and strategic planning to improve the pilgrim experience.
The program encompasses over 15 zones and activities, featuring the Hajj Conference, the Hajj Council, and, for the first time, an Awareness and Training Forum. Additional components include workshops, an entrepreneurship and innovation zone, a hackathon, and dedicated hubs for technology, health, media, and aviation sectors. A business center will also provide a platform for networking and deal-making.
A specialized meeting for heads of pilgrim affairs offices will be held to facilitate service improvement discussions, strengthen business relationships, and foster partnerships. The accompanying exhibition will showcase organizations and service providers from more than 150 countries, representing sectors such as aviation, transport, hospitality, health, infrastructure, technology, innovation, workforce development, and business growth.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has invited stakeholders, specialists, and members of the public to participate by registering through the official conference website. This event marks a significant step in the comprehensive preparations aimed at ensuring a smooth, efficient, and sustainable Hajj season in 2027.
