Jemima Goldsmith, the former wife of Imran Khan, the ex-cricketer and former prime minister of Pakistan, has married Australian businessman Cameron O’Reilly. The ceremony took place in September 2026, marking a new chapter for Goldsmith, 52, who is also known for her close friendship with Diana, Princess of Wales.

Goldsmith and O’Reilly, 62, became engaged in May 2026 after a year-long relationship. O’Reilly is the son of Sir Anthony O’Reilly, an Irish media magnate and former rugby player, while Goldsmith is the daughter of financier Sir James Goldsmith and granddaughter of former Conservative MP Frank Goldsmith. The wedding was attended by family members, including Goldsmith’s brother Ben, who shared images of the event on social media.

An Oxford graduate, O’Reilly previously managed a media career within his father’s business before founding Bayard Capital, a private equity firm. He notably bought the Swiss metering company Landis+Gyr in 2004, where he served as chief executive until selling it to Toshiba for $2.3 billion in 2011. He is a father of four.

Goldsmith’s previous marriage to Imran Khan began in 1995. During their marriage, she converted to Islam, adopting the name Haiqa, and the couple had two sons, Kasim and Sulaiman. They separated in 2004 amid Khan’s nascent political career leading the Tehreek-e-Insaf party. Khan attributed the split to the difficulties Goldsmith faced adapting to life in Pakistan amid his political ambitions.

Since their separation, Goldsmith has been involved in several high-profile relationships, including those with actor Hugh Grant, comedian Russell Brand, and "The Crown" scriptwriter Peter Morgan. Meanwhile, Khan served as Pakistan’s prime minister from 2018 until his removal from office in 2022. He was later imprisoned in 2023 on corruption charges, which his supporters contend are politically motivated to bar him from regaining power. His legal team has reported concerns about his deteriorating health, including near blindness in his right eye.

Goldsmith has recently made a public appeal to Shehbaz Sharif, the current prime minister of Pakistan, requesting that her sons be allowed to visit their father during his imprisonment.
