Jessica Sutta has expressed her disappointment over the Pussycat Dolls’ recent reunion tour in the United Kingdom, which proceeded without her, along with former members Melody Thornton and Carmit Bachar. The current lineup features Nicole Scherzinger, Kimberly Wyatt, and Ashley Roberts.
In an interview coinciding with the release of her new single, "Don’t Take Much," Sutta acknowledged the success of the trio but was candid about her feelings regarding the reunion. She described the initial announcement of the tour, which excluded her, as heartbreaking, emphasizing the personal growth she has achieved as a solo artist. “I’m not going to lip sync Don’t Ya behind Nicole ever again,” she said, highlighting her commitment to performing live and showcasing her own vocal abilities.
Sutta also voiced support for the re-inclusion of Carmit Bachar and Melody Thornton, suggesting the group’s dynamic is stronger as a five-member ensemble. Despite her reservations, she praised the current members for their performances on the UK tour.
The singer has been focusing on her solo career in recent years, working on an upcoming album titled "SuttaPop," expected to be released next year. Now based in Nashville, she is preparing to return to the live music scene with a series of shows aimed at reconnecting with her audience.
